From The Principal Desk - June Newsletter 2014

June Newsletter 2014

Dear Parents, Students and well-wishers,

Welcome to the academic session 2014 - 2015 at DPSBN. As we stand on the threshold of another new academic year it is time to look back and reflect with satisfaction upon the achievements we had during the past year in - both academic and co – curricular fields. This would not have been possible without your sincere efforts and co - operation. My heartfelt gratitude to all for helping our visions unfold to reality.

It gives me immense pride to share the brilliant results of our graduating batch of class X and XII. It is my proud privilege to announce that out of 306 students in grade X 63 have secured a CGPA10.A lot of them have come back to us and joined in grade XI. I wish them well and hope they achieve greater heights in the next two years. The grade XII students also performed exceedingly well. We secured 100% results with 64 out of a batch of 128 securing 90% and above. Our students are securing admissions in premier institutions in the country and   abroad. I would like to wish them all the best in their future endeavors.

Along with academics we also believe in holistic development of our students. Inculcating sensitivity towards fellow human beings and social issues has always been a priority at DPSBN. We are associated with GOONJ an NGO which caters to the need of the less privileged. Our school is a collection center for materials required by the NGO. We request you to magnanimously donate towards the same. Kindly check the GOONJ website for further details. Your generosity will go a long way in brightening a few lives.

We look forward to working together as a team to make the teaching, learning experience at DPSBN a happy and meaningful one.

With Regards

 Manju Balasubramanyam.

 Principal DPS Bangalore North.
